Shipping & Returns & Exchange
For all deliveries:
Tawash will deliver your order to the address specified in your order.
Delivery charges will be indicated during your check out process, in your local currency.
Orders may not be shipped to APO/FPO addresses or to any address outside the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman.
Tawash will process your orders Saturday through Thursday excluding Friday and public holidays.
If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.
For deliveries in the United Arab Emirates only:

Standard Free on orders over 800 AED
Free Standard service is available on all orders over 800 AED. Orders may take up to 1-2 business days to process in addition to the time required for delivery.
For deliveries in the GCC:
Standard Service is available for shipments to KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman. Delivery charges will be indicated during the checkout process. Please allow approximately 4-7 business days for orders for delivery.
CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, just call our Customer Service Team at +971 800 TAWASH (+971 800 829274) or Whatsapp us at +971 50 3322 150 to cancel your order and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed, such cancelation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information. In all circumstances, you can always contact our Customer Service who will be happy to assist you.
You may return the product(s) to us either:
• by visiting any Tawash branch in United Arab Emirates.
For returns from within UAE:
• by courier. You can request a return via Whatsapp +971 50 3322 150 and our Customer Service will arrange for a pick up via our partner courier service.
For returns from KSA, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait:
• We recommend shipping returned merchandise via a reputable courier service for tracking purposes. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the shipment. Tawash will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.
All products must be returned to us unused and with all related accessories if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice within 14 days of receipt by you.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s) (with the exception of applicable taxes or import duties and delivery and return charges). Merchandise returned to altawash.ae will be processed within ten business days (2 weeks) of receipt.
Products are damaged or defective if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three (3) months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be damaged or defective. Where possible, we will offer to repair defective items.
For all defective items outside of our Return Policy, please contact our Customer Service Team at +971 800 TAWASH (+971 800 829274) or Whatsapp us at +971 50 3322 150. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Please note that we do not offer any exchanges. You are invited to return your product and then place a new order for the product you wish to purchase, subject to stock availability.
