Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Returns

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about your purchase. Our return policy ensures a hassle-free process:

  • Conditions: Products must be unused, with all accessories, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange: For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Return Options (UAE):
    • Visit any Tawash branch in the UAE.
    • Arrange for a courier pick-up via WhatsApp at +971 50 3322 150.
  • Return Options (GCC):
    • Ship items via a reputable courier with tracking and insurance. Tawash is not liable for lost or damaged shipments.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued for the price paid for the product(s), excluding any applicable taxes, import duties, and delivery/return fees.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed, even if canceled.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product(s).
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help:

  • Criteria: Items are considered defective if damaged upon receipt or if a manufacturing defect arises within three months of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we invite you to follow these steps:

  • Return the original product according to the steps mentioned above.
  • Place a new order for the desired product (subject to stock availability).
